Cancellation Policy

Booking fee is a non refundable fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 24hours prior your appointment. Failing that with notice less than 24hrs your booking fee will we won’t be able to reschedule your appointment on the same booking fee. You will be asked to pay new booking fee to secure your appointment. Booking fee covers piercers waisted time in case of no show or late cancellation.
